It's founder, Mr. Harry L. Elvins, following a business and fact-finding trip to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, incorporated Elvins Oil LLC.Ontario, Canada in September of 1989. Originally, Elvins Oil LLC was a logistics company, delivering oil and gas to distribution centers throughout North America until 1998 when Mr. Elvins sold his operation to a variety of independent owner/operators. Subsequently, Elvins Oil LLC., which is based in Toronto, Canada, has been in the oil and gas re-sale market, with representative offices in Calgary, Palm Beach , London, New York, and Zagreb.
Prior to the incorporation of Elvins Oil LLC., Mr. Elvins was a senior Transportation Representative for Gulf Oil LLC of Canada, this was later sold and now operates as Petro Canada. During his tenure at Gulf Oil, Mr. Elvins learned of the opportunities available worldwide in the emerging markets and with his long list of international contacts, Mr. Elvins decided to form his own company.
Elvins Oil LLC has mandate representatives across the globe. Elvins purchases product from Domestic and International Major Oil Companies. Elvins clients include Domestic and International Major Oil Companies and Domestic and International Air Lines.
